The current dilemma that is being faced by Sally was that Han being a public web develop within the state government department was handed the responsibility of developing tourism website by his manager I.T sally. However, it was noticed that the website at times provided news on court cases that were under suppression order in Australia and led to huge sum of embarrassment to the government department. To address the issues Thomas white methodology were adopted by demonstrate and resolve the current dilemma surrounding sally.

Under this step Sally must commence by looking at the consequences of the actions which he is willing to consider. Therefore, sally must look into both the positive and negative consequences that is connected to each one (Warren et al. 2016). This will provide sally to look into the options of considering the best benefits over the harms.

Analysing the actions:

Sally must take into the considerations the options from entirely different perspective. He should concentrate on the actions by measuring up against the moral principles such as honesty, fairness, equity and should identify the degree of vulnerability of individuals (Johnson 2017).

Sally after considering the above stated both the steps must take into the considerations both the parts to arrive at the decision.

Actions to be taken:

Sally should engage in the professional development of their colleagues

Sally should implement the code of ethics to the all the members of the ACS society irrespective of their roles or specific area of expertise in the ICT industry

Sally should engage in the professional development of their colleagues and staff

Sally must strive to enhance the quality of life for those who are effected by their work.

The above stated actions will help in adhering to the social values and will promote effectiveness within the law.

Recommendations:

Below stated are the recommendations which help in reducing the current dilemma surrounding sally are as follows;

Sally must take calm objective with informed and knowledgeable stance on their professional work to complete their enthusiasm in it.

Sally must take appropriate actions in implementing the code of ethics by confronting the members in order to limit their diversity in the workplace

Sally must endeavour to extend the public knowledge along with the understanding of the ICT

Sally must refrain from any kind of code or actions in their professionalism role, which might tarnish their image relating to professionalism.
