The Calgary marketing team has gone to a set ahead to partner with other related travel bodies like, Canada and Travel Alberta to make sure that there is a strong promotional network reaching the potential visitors to Calgary but the information has not reached the populous regions in the united states of America and other key areas. These two factors have left a very pen gap in the industry.

To solve the above changes, the firm is required to apply the following measures. Diversify the sites and features of tourist attraction in Calgary. Ensure there is massive advertisement of Rodeo and Calgary stampede to the key tourist areas including the United States.

To rectify the above the Calgary marketing and communication should take a number of procedure to improve the sector; the firm supposed to diversify the activities that attract tourists to include, more scope of events, first there is need to identify the immediate needs of visitors. Local Canadian culture and tradition are the main attraction to visitor (Page and Getz, 1997). To increase profit margin, the company should focus on the cultural sites in their offer of transport as there is a large customer base available.

The Calgary will need to adopt a very strong promotional and marketing team that will ensure information and advertised are channeled to reach more target customers that will visit the area. The marketing team will be required to undertake modern methods of advertising that involve application of technology and mass media (Chrisman et al., 1995).

The new methods will face some barriers for instance; it will require an additional cost in the budget and a technical team to implement the measures.
