All the reforms indicates that the education system of the country is one of the most effective, specific and dynamic system as compare to the other nations of the global world. For case, the specific educational rules, and policies helped the nation to bring improvements within the system. Moreover, this educational sector is also assuming a dynamic role in the total economic success, growth and development by creating a lot of employment opportunities. In the same way, it played a major role in dismissing the unemployment within the nation. Overall, it can be said that, it is one of the most profitable business sector for the economy of the nation.

Reforms within the Industry

From the last few years, the education industry of the nation is attracting and motivating millions of local and global students, and learners to take part in the system and make their carrier. For case, various friendly and cost effective education policies of the nation is attracting to the individuals (Graham, 2013). Moreover, different scholarship schemes, free education schemes, job grantee etc are the major programs that are designed to motivate the learner and students. In addition to this, this system is also alienated into different parts including tertiary, primary, and secondary. This system played a major role in encouraging the millions of students and learner with diverse educational needs (World Bank and Asian Development Bank, 2007). All these are responsible and liable to develop and make appropriate and friendly educational policies. For example, state and territory administration of the nation is fully dedicated and liable to arrange the sufficient funding facilities for both private and public schools and institutions. In the other hand, the federal administration is responsible to take care of fund for all the educational institutions. Moreover, within the nation, both primary and higher education is obligatory for all at the free cost to promote the education effectively. All these reforms indicates that, this educational sector of Australia is more innovative and dynamic by comparing other developed nations including UK, USA, New Zeeland etc (Bonnor, and Caro, 2007).

On the other hand, the government of the nation has developed and implemented the best educational strategies for the student so that they can be able to develop their abilities, skills, and knowledge in preferred areas or sector. Additionally, education within the nation is affordable for everyone that motivates the students and learners to improve their abilities and skills in the different areas in an effective and proper manner.  Moreover, different specific and dynamic policies and strategies implemented by the government played a major role in raising the standard of living. For case, this educational system helped the nation to dismiss the unemployment (Group of Eight Australia, 2014). Apart from this, the government is also investing the money to promote the education and this is the main reason that every year the nation is expanding the educational budget. Along with this, development and training policies and methods are also introduced by the government of the nation to improve the level of education. For example, different kinds of scholarship programs and schemes are introduced in each and every financial year by the government to motivate the learners (Australian education system, 2016).

Apart from this, it is also important to know that, from the last few years, the administration of the country is working with the several social organizations, Non-Government organizations and other educational institutions for the purpose to promote an innovative, dynamic, and specific and friendly educational culture within the nation. On the other hand, the government is also reduced the fees for the educational organizations through the introduction of special educational law (Australian Government, 2004). Furthermore, the government is also focusing on providing the technical, financial and other required assistance for the educational institutions so that such organizations can openly promote the concept of education within the nation effectively. By considering the example, the government provided the funds to the public and private educational organizations for their infrastructure. For case, new educational organizations such as new schools, public education schools, universities are opened by the government at the different states through the specific laws (Croucher, Marginson, Norton, A. and Wells, 2013).

Moreover, existing educational institutions are modified by the government of the nation to bring improvement and development in the current educational system in an effective and proper manner. At the same time, class rooms are reconstructed according to the new technologies and government offering technology based education. Along with this, the administration of the nation has changed the learning environment theory oriented learning to independent thinking. In the same way, students are not educated and skilled on the theory basis. In addition to this, the government of the nation is also collaborating with the other top educational organizations to bring the development in the nation in this sector. Finally, it can be said that, the government of the nation played a key role in shaping the educational system within the nation through special laws, rules and regulations (Eggins, 2014).

Based on the above analysis and discussion, it can be summarized and concluded that, in the current time of globalization, it is more essential and important for the government of a nation to develop and implement supportive and innovative educational policies, laws, and rules to promote the concept of education. In addition to this, it can also be said that, there are a number of trends and reforms from the last ten years within the educational industry of the Australia that indicates the strengths of this system directly.
