My HR will be used efficiently to for compensating for the lost discharge summaries of the patients as it is an electronic system where all the records are maintained. However, the presence of MyHR system often makes the patients take it for granted that their GPs are going through their record which makes them provide incomplete information to their health providers. Also, the current format of writing the health record in clinical terms which often creates anxiety is a problem for many patients However, in my opinion, as the health of patients are in the hand of the clinical practitioners, it is more advantageous to have the entry made in a language relevant to them.
