While working as a customer service executive I encountered an issue with customer who was having problem to understand the solution provided by one of my executives. So, I had to make the customer understand the solution. So I make the customer understand the solution by communicating in a polite and friendly manner. Finally the lady understood my saying after a long conversation of half an hour.

Teamwork:

While working in a team we faced an issue with the deadline of submitting as assignment which was advanced. The problem was we were only in the halfway of the assignment and we had to submit the assignment within two days.  Therefore, we divided our task for each member and work collaboratively. Finally we could submit the assignment within the deadline. In fact, we finished the assignment within one day.  

Leadership and Supervising:

As a customer service manager, once I faced that my team was de-motivated with the due to some reasons. As a leader of the group I had to motivate and guide them to the success. Therefore, I identified the issues within my team through feedback and provided them with proper vision, mission, responsibility and creativity. As the result, my team was able to achieve the goals.

Researching and Analysis:

Once I faced a situation where I had to take a close research on the problem that includes the turnover of the employees in the organization analyze the same. I took a investigation of the problem from identified the issues which take a little more time than usual. I feel my research skills can be improved which will reduce the time span for the same.  

Problem Solving:

In order to solve the problem faced by me as stated in the previous example, I had to resolve the issue of the high employee turnover. However, I solved the problem but it took a long time as I lacked my analytical and logical skills.

Decision Making:

In the problem of employee turnover I had to make quick and effective decision to resolve the issue. However, unlike my problem solving skills, I was able to take decision timely but failed to execute the same within the given time period.

Planning and Organizing:

For one of my university program I was given the responsibility to plan and organize the whole within one month of time. I planned the entire program in a series and made everyone understand their responsibility acceding to the division and sequence of action. The author stated at the end of the program that it was a well planned and well organized program.

Learning, Improvement and Achievement:

To do a project beyond my expertise given to me, I had to learn a complete new course. I took the course and at the end of the project I found out I have improved my critical and creative thinking. As the result I did an excellent result in the project.

Digital Skills:

While working as the customer service manager I had to work on digital resource daily. I successfully did my job with my high competency in digital skills.
