Based on the above profit and loss statement and balance sheet, analysis the financial performance of the organisation:

The analysis of the financial report directly indicates that company current performance is not up to the mark, where the organisation is facing issues in generating revenues to support its overall expenses. The relevant profitability and loss statement indicates that there is high level so expenses conducted on to sustain the operations. Hence, the organisation needs to be minimising the expense on accounting fees and salary, which is mainly hampering the overall revenues that is generated by the company from its operations. Therefore, minimising the expense would mainly help to improve the cost savings conditions, which in turn would generate high level of profits from operations. Kanapickiene and Grundiene (2015) indicates that with the help of cost cutting measures companies are able to minimise the excessive expenses and generate higher profits from same levels of sales activity. The company needs to prepare the budgets for anticipating the overall expense and sales levels, which can help in adjusting the fund level and increase capability of the management to enhance the current sales, while generating higher revenue and profits in the long run.
