Introduction

Adam Goodes was a champion of Australian Rules football player. He played with Sydney Swan. Adam Goodes is a renowned Australian Rules Football Player. He played many matches in collaboration with Sydney Swans. His records are remarkable and an inspiration for the young aspirants. In 18 years of experience, Goodes played 372 matches. The era of 2003 and 2006 was a turning point in his life, as he received two Brownlow medals. His personality is also enhanced as a member of the indigenous team of the century, where he represented Australia in the International Rules Series. In 2014, he got the recognition as the Australian of the Year. His strategy of experimenting with the things, systems and mechanisms helped him to achieve success. Generosity towards donations, makes his personality an inspiring one for the social workers, dealing with the children, and community families. Leaders like Adam are an asset for ensuring community development.
