The decision-making process at this level involves the development of a strategic approach to the organization's financial and operational situation. It requires rearrangement and to go back to the fundamental elements. Examine all the gap created by COVID19 and search for ways of mitigating the risk, particularly in the future. As far as management level decision-making is concerned, managers would need to make sure that the overall strategy set out by top management is implemented in a manner consistent with the current or reorganised goals and aims of the company and at an operational level of decision-making.
