To develop adequate and efficient Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) awareness training programs within the organisation to enhance the overall health status of the workers. Some of the additional strategies that would implement effective workplace safety would include training along with the reward system that would empower the staffs to adhere to the regulations and guidelines. Implementing the usage of labels as well as signs would develop the approaches for enhancing the overall workplace safety procedures. It is also crucial that safety awareness would include the strategy for continual realisation among the employees or workers towards their responsibilities towards enhancing safety and wellbeing.

There is a positive impact of the OHS standards as well as policies that would benefit the overall organisation as well as employees. It is essential that safety awareness is important as it would include the knowledge towards the staffs or employees towards any situational adverse events (Paganelli et al., 2018). They should be aware of the associated key stakeholders and whom to contact and communicate with during certain events. Hence, the lack of awareness would result in generating more chaos during such adverse events along with poor maintenance towards the certain procedures that are within the OHS regulations. Workers or employees would not be able to record or report or identify any potential hazards within the organisation that would have a direct impact on their health status within the workplace or working settings.
