Indonesia is one of the largest producers of raw vanilla products. There are a set of regulative procedures that are required to be followed by the Netherlands to import vanilla from Indonesia. Exporting any commodity out of the Indonesian borders must require the following important documents and processes.

Regulative Practices

• Obtaining the "bill of lading", the airway bill, or any other medium of transport-related documents such as cargo receipts or postal receipts.
• The commercial invoice is the most required document.
• A declaration from the customer needs to be obtained and the least based upon packing (Adiyanto, 2019).
• The export declaration of the specific commodities which is going from Indonesia to the Netherlands market is very essential to be obtained. In this case vanilla.
• The permit of export in the insurance certificate to protect the goods from getting damaged are also few other very important documents that are required to be obtained to export raw vanilla from the Indonesian borders to the Netherlands.
