The question regarding gun politics has been at the forefront of the US politics for a very long time. US politics which is partisan in nature and divided on certain issues very strongly (Follman et al. 2018). Gun Law is one of those issues which is one of them. USA has been divided over the laws related to gun policies from a very long time. USA has one of the highest gun ownerships in the world which has led to immense violence increasing in numbers ever since (Parham-Payne, 2014). The idea of building a safe and secured USA for the future generation can only be possible when there is a safety mechanism. A proper framework for the background check on the people who are getting access to the guns. That should include a detailed psychometric test of the individual who is applying and the person’s immediate family members. Also the profession, the reason they are seeking gun and why it should be granted needs to be considered (Ludwig, 2017). These are the conditions that need to be set out as ground rules. A country like USA which prides itself on the rich diversity of culture, the land of the immigrant success needs to be built on the principles of the founding father. Therefore the consideration for the implementation of the gun laws is important. That needs to be simple and not based on prejudices of the race, caste as well as the socio-economic background. Therefore the policy of gun laws needs to be looked at from controlling the gun laws. Then the second part of the gun law could be focused on the way the people are given access to guns (Rahamim, 2018). That would be needed as that is how the gun laws in USA and the problem that it carries for the US policy making related to guns. Therefore the policy initiatives would be the basis for the way how the gun control can effectively take shape. The philosophy and the approach is clear as to what the control on the gun laws should be about. Also the way the entire system that can be led to a USA that can be worked in the form of balance and sustainability when it comes to matters of peace and safety. Therefore the part of the engagement needs to be emphasized once again and that would include all components of the society. Starting from the school, colleges to the organization as well as the lobbying groups all needs to be brought in for a responsible stake holding going forward.

The follower of the policy of engagement for the gun control laws in the country with a systematic approach. It should start from the school, college as well as the organization because they are the pillars of the societal shaping up. This needs to be considered for the way one can look into the US society and how that can be brought into action. It is not only the action that would enable the US society to be more accepting in relation to the anti-gun laws. It is where the idea of the new US gun policies can shape up. That is how the overall planning of the system of anti-gun law policies can be materialized. That is how the system can be thought of also bringing in the Anti-Gun Violence Coalition into play. Therefore the process would move ahead with the strong intent and the message that is needed for the policy to be implemented meaningfully.

The Anti-Gun Law is not about the process of the making of guns to be illegal on blanket basis. That is a reductionist and manipulative process of putting forth the communication by the gun lobbyists to discredit the policies for the anti-gun laws. The idea is to secure the future of the children, civilians as well as the society at large by limiting the access of guns. It is a natural understanding that USA cannot continue to have these kind of gun related violence for such a long time. People, police and the other stakeholders are getting into trouble each and every day across the US based on the indiscriminate use of guns for violence (Sherman, 2001). It has not put the entire US police force in question but has also raised problems for schools, colleges, universities, and shopping malls etc. who have to come out with their separate policies for the safety protocol to be followed. The situation of cartel having gun battle on the streets of USA has not happened in the recent times like Mexico, Colombia, and Venezuela etc. However the safety of the civilians in USA is always under scanner with the constant threat emerging out of the gun related violence and its impending threats (Ludwig & Cook, 2002). This is what the memo looks to address by looking at thee points of gun related conflict and where they impact the most. Getting those stakeholders for positive engagement in the form of guidance, surveillance, monitoring of individuals that may seem susceptible to be a part of gun violence apart from giving them training on how to combat gun related violence is also being proposed in this memo (Rood & Hogan, 2015). If all these factors are considered and if the policy making is done in the manner that can be done as thought of then it can be imagined that the situation can improve. The best possible results would take certain amount of time as the challenges for the laws to be created for the banning of guns sale irrespective of the background would be considered detrimental for organizations such as National Rifle Association. Therefore to get them on board cutting across the political parties and the ideological stance is the pivotal factor. The thought process of the implementation of the stringent background checks is important for the overall guns laws to be pushed ahead. That is how the memo’s ideas can take shape in the policy circle field all across the USA irrespective of the political divide as well as the ideological stance for the gun laws to be implemented (Webster, 2015). This to be broken the message from a united group and taking in policy steps that would help the message for the anti-gun laws to be understood and interpreted for the best interest of the safety and the security of the people who are being put at risk (Braga, Papachristos & Hureau, 2010). The ultimate aim would be to drive the message that beyond the initial interests of the sale of the guns or not it is about future generation.
