Need for students to embrace online classes  

Here are some of the overall aim for the project.

• To build better way of delivery of information.
• To better the interaction within the school.
• To allow students have relatively similar interaction as if they were in same location (Lau and Lee 2015).

Here are the main objectives pushing for implementing the system.

• To improve the existing system.
• To build system that is reliable and enables better delivery of information.
• To build a system that allow curriculum activities in the online platform.

Some of the research questions are;

• What are student’s feedback of online classes in comparison to physical learning?
• What are the institution take in making virtual classes a reality?
• What are the challenges to existing virtual system that has room for improvement?
• What institution policies are in place to safeguard students’ security in the online platform?
• What are the most effective approach in implementing virtual games to cement the co-curriculum activities for the institution platform?

Some of the ethical, social and legal issues’

Ethical in wide understanding refers to morality and ability to distinguish what is right and wrong. However, in the field of professionalism, ethical refer to ability to bid by the standard of a given group. In our project proposal, we find out that the environment that our students we be is not same environment unlike when they are all within the school. Some of the factors to consider in legal, social and ethical are;

For the case of the students in the online class it is important to get assurance that the system being implemented will serve just as normal physical classes. The institution must further lay the policies that must safeguard the interest of other students

The institution have a governable structure to provide access to actual enrolled students, this is to protect the system from malicious attacks by outsiders. And by making the software freely available it will be violating the terms and agreement.

• Copyright agreement

For online classes exactly same as physical classes the material used are normally borrowed or involves people’s ideas thus it is important to recognize their work while making presentation.

Plagiarism refer to having no copyright to a document or rather having copied your work directly from other sources. It is important for the system to detect plagiarism and be able to notify the institution whenever such cases arises. This will aid in students submitting their original work thus it will mean that they understood the concept they were being thought.

It will be important to note that the material that will be posted in the system including the lessons programmed will be original and deserve ownership by the institution. This will enable the students have access without being blocked because of copyright issues.

Why there is need for solving the issue

It will be important for the institution to solve the issues of  Virtual learning with imitation of actual school activities this is because at the moment we have had covid-19 and it has struck the daily activities thus the institution have opted to virtual classes in which they fill it has not been implemented fully. Thus it is important to have additional activities in the school system that will enable the students interact more and make the platform more attractive.

Conclusion

In conclusion, it is important to note that the computers are familiar to majority of the student hence moving learning to online will not give so much hectic to institution in familiarizing the students’ with the system. Additionally, by implementing the system it will enable the institution cuts on budget since a single class can have large no. of students without constraining the resources unlike in physical learning. Furthermore, there is a pressure for institution to offer online courses has this will enable students from any region of the world to attend classes and be able to graduate without physical appearance.
