Stakeholder analysis is carried out with the purpose of understanding the key stakeholders that are going to interact with the system. The above use case diagram is developed for the purpose of understanding the way listing subsystem in Airbnb is going to work. The key actors that are associated with the system include guest, service provider, host and insurance provider. Airbnb will be capable of developing the operations much more efficiently.
Class diagram is used for the purpose of describing the key attributes and operations that are associated with the class. This also helps in identifying the basic constraints that are associated with the system. With the help of a class diagram the requirements can be analysed much more efficiently. It is very crucial to provide the proper services so that operations can be easily manage. Gibb’s reflective cycle was developed for the purpose of structing the learning experience. The evaluation helps in offering better experience. It can be stated that the utilization of Gibb’s reflective cycle helps in analysing the sense of situation in a much more appropriate manner. The second subsystems have been developed in this assessment for AirBnb. The 6 stages that I covered include a description, feelings, evolution, analyses, conclusion and action plan. These phases are needed to be carried out for obtaining the information. I can state that the assessment module has helped in obtaining information regarding the UML diagrams. In this module, I successfully focused on identifying the key stakeholders those are going to interact with the listing Airbnb system. It is important to establish the basic requirements for managing the business system.
