Research proposal

Considering the articles that been used, it can be stated that online shopping is expanding the branches in society. Many small businesses or stores are making the whole business online for getting more customers. The market has become saturated and competitive with a huge number of enterprises. The stores need to promote the products in such a way that customers can connect to them and choose to buy from that store only. In this way, the small stores can even stand out from the crowd. The people are learning the mechanisms and start the career all over again in the digital platform. Due to COVID-19, the number of online consumers has significant growth and the research states that people are enjoying buying goods online as it gives access to worldwide shipping whereas physical shopping can not able to provide the facility (Koch, Frommeyer & Schewe, 2020, p. 4)). People are trying out new stores and exploring a variety of collections from different stores which was not possible in traditional shopping. All of these things are happening because Information technology (IT) has taken steps into the market (Soegoto & Wardhani, 2018, p. 3). IT helps to collect user data and provide personalized suggestions to all the users. This paper suggests focusing on the impact of IT on online trades rather than old physical shopping.
