Goal:  

The goal of this report is to provide guidelines to all the esteemed customers and the employees of the Rider Hotel

Target Group:

The report is targeting all customers from all works of life across the continent and the whole world in general

Tourism sector has been fascinating as it rapidly grows in Australian and the whole world at large. The main aim of this work plan is to develop procedures and guidelines on the operationalization of the Rider Hotel during the time of peak season tourist visiting the regions. It also describes how the company response to the entry of large number of people in the tourism sector. The main idea also was to conduct how the company is going to reach out to the target customers.

Why it is important:

Due to the growth in the tourism sector, there are so many customers globally who will need to be given directions on where the employees are going to be guided during the company operations.  The company employee’s code of conduct is important because it helps in giving the company a structure methods of exercising jurisprudence among its employees. It clearly describes the role of each and every employee. A performance management review document describes the character and the efforts in which the employees are putting for the productivity of the company.  

Also the action plan gives guidelines on all the requirements in which a job description has to be adhered to following all the requirements that are stated on the job to be occupied by the employee. The new employee has to undergo a probation of 90 days as provided in the probation policy plan that has been initiated by the human resource manager in the Rider Hotel

Rider Hotel is planning to implement an ICT infrastructure that will soon allow the customers to check on the availability of the resources during the peak season or the summer time in the capital of Australian continent.

How do we achieve our goal:

In order for the company to meet the target, we need to do the following:

- Develop a policy plan

- Design an incidence response plan

- Undertake a risk assessment reporting

- Come up with security standards and work plans

- Develop an operational management schedule

- Come up with a code of conduct for all the employees

- Come with a well-designed organization structure that will allocate roles to each and every employee

- Develop an ICT plan for maintaining availability of company resources and services

Incident Response Plan

Goal: 

To help in responding to the company incidences and giving solutions and mitigation procedures. The main goal of an incidence response plan is to ensure that the organization is made sustainable and reliable to all the customers within the organization.

Target Members: all the company employees are targeted and that is the reason why there is need to be made sure that all have enough training based on the health and safety measures and the business ethics.

The importance: the need for the incidence response plan is to make sure that anything that is happening within the organization is responded to in time to make sure that the companies sustainability is maintained according to the company policy and code of conduct

How do achieve the goal: Policy plan has been developed to help all the employees in giving them with procedures and guidelines that will help them in following step by step protocols that has been laid down by the company

Policy Plan

Goal:

The goal of creating this policy plan is to ensure that there is sustainable growth and continuity of the company. The reason for having a policy plan is to ensure that the company is up to the standards set for the benefit of having its sustainable economic growth and development

Target group: Company employees together with the customers and other stakeholders

The importance of having a policy plan: this document is very important for the operationalization of the Rider Hotel as it offers a very clear protocols that must be followed in a very structure manner and thus keeping the company very well organized

How to achieve this goal: the human resources manager must be a position of upholding the policy plan to make sure that each and every employee of the company is performing its role without any conflict. Any action gone against the policy plan by the company will be to make sure that the person intended to have offended the policy will be dealt with accordingly

Security standards

Goal:

Security of the company must not trade any secrets. Standards are derived to help in upholding the company profiles so as no one is allowed to breach the set standards that make the company to remain always secured

Target: the group that is targeted include the incidence response team, ICT department and Risk management department. Also the idea targets to aim at the sales team who are going to meet with the customers.

The importance of the idea: it is very important that a risk assessment by the company is done on regular basis so that it can pave way for the security experts to developed and come up with solutions that can be used in protecting the company

How do achieve this goal: it can be achieved through the derivation of standards from known security institution such as NIST for IT SECURITY
