The organization is a non-profit organization which was founded in the year 1916 by a group of 6 M.Ds including K.W. Doege, William Hipke, Victor Mason, Walter G. Sexton, H. H. Milbee and Roy P. Potter (Marshfieldclinic.org 2018).

The best for the organization will be to use the primary data in the form of qualitative surveys as that will enable the organization to get the threats and opportunities of it (Holloway and Galvin 2016). As the organization operates in the healthcare industry, the interaction with the people in a detailed manner will be significant in specifying what they feel the organization lacks or what according to them is the strong point of the organization.
