There are three factors which needs are reflected in the study are effort performance relationship, performance reward relationship and reward personal goals relationship (Gosling, Sutherland, Jones, & Dijkstra, 2012). On the other hand, there are some common organizational goals and activities which majority of the organization depending upon the nature and objectives of the business accomplish in the business operations. The concept of the leadership is an important aspect, which guides the organization in a proper manner in order to get the work done by the employees. Sometimes different managers of different organization find it difficult to get the work done by the employees accordingly (Schermerhorn, 2012). If the employees of the organization are satisfied, it will automatically enhance the performance of the organization. By applying expectancy theory, the management in the study will be able to develop a strong organizational structure.

The application of this particular theory is used to motivate different employees in the organization in a proper manner. The application of a proper leadership theory will include expectancy theory will guide the organization in many ways. Primarily will guide all the employees and motivate the employees in the organization to achieve the overall performance of the organization (Wirba, 2012). Some of the key advantages of this particular theory are on self-interest individual, who want to achieve maximum satisfactions. Managers can correlate the preferred outcome in the expected performance level.
