With the presence of a positive environment for work the employees are capable of expressing their ideas freely and also collaborate in an open way with their associated co-workers which not only boosts the employee morale but also creates a proper engagement among employees. Employee voice plays a very important role in the improvement of overall performance of a company and it also increases the existing efficiency of the employees. With presence of employee in forest it becomes easier for a company to identify the different ideas as well as perspective of different employees and implement the steps in fighting against the current problems that are being faced by the company and also identify the present trends in the market. With the help of employee voice, it is also possible for the company to implement a proper communication in the workplace which is a very important aspect for improving the overall team work as well as the ability of individual employees to work as a whole towards the mission and vision of the company (Eibl, Lang and Niessen 2020). Employee voice also creates a proper engagement among the associated employees in the workplace and it also creates a proper relationship between the management of the company and employees. Employee voice helps in creating a proper decision-making process in which the company is capable of undertaking a decision that is not only beneficial for its future but also beneficial for the associated employees of the company. The employees in a company are capable of influencing the decisions that can be beneficial for the company in the future as employees are aware about the present operations of the company and they are also capable of understanding if the current working system of the company is going to be beneficial for increasing the overall profitability of the business in the present market scenario.
A lot of factors need to be taken into account during the negotiation process. Under this case it can easily be identified that the company needs to create the negotiation process in such a way that it is capable of preserving its profit and also providing the Employees with their allotted wages in accordance to the laws and regulations of the country. One of the major topics that needs to be avoided during the bargaining and negotiation process is that the company must not compare its current wage with other companies (Kang et al. 2020). If this topic is implemented during the negotiation process, then there will be a major problem as employees will be pointing out the different companies that are present in the nearby vicinity that are providing much better pay as compared to the company. Under this context it will be a viable option for the company to state an estimated value of the payment Rises that can be provided to the Employees and make them understand why the company is not capable of increasing much more payment at the present time. Since this is not the peak season the company can easily make the employees understand that there is not much profitability in the present season and during the peak season it will be a viable option for the company to include incentives for the employees for their work which will increase the motivation among the employees associated in the strike. During the negotiation process it must also be identified that assumptions must not be made by the company. The company need to listen the point and perspective of the employees and take into account the current problems that are being faced by them. Listening to the Employees will create a proper employee engagement and will also result in the deescalating this scenario.

Employees is also capable of improving the engagement among the employees by quite a huge margin. Relationship with the management of our company and the employees can also be maintained in a proper way along with proper communication in the workplace by the help of including employee voice. In this case it can easily be identified that the above stated topics must not be raised during the negotiation process in order to ensure the fact that the situation is going to be maintained properly.
