For successful case management case workers need to collaborate with all the external as well as internal stakeholders who are involved within a case. Collaborative case management consists of such case workers for bringing the case to a resolved position or a close position. Such case workers can be customers, case managers, clients, data administrators as well as service providers. Each of the case workers involved in a case adds information to the context of the case as well as helps in processing the case to completion (Badouel et al, 2015). Collaboration by such case workers ties up all the stakeholders as well as provides all the information needed for the completion of the case throughout the entire operation of the case. A customized platform is needed for the completion of the case so that the customers and the case workers can easily access shared ideas, information as well as stay focused on the strategies, objectives, and goals. Through the usage of the platform timely communication is implemented and it promotes close collaboration as well as the transparency of work. Working in a collaborative manner is the only way to find out that organizational strategies are whether aligned with the customers’ expectations and goals or not (Cano et al, 2017). If the collaboration between the case workers and the clients or other stakeholders is not solved then it can result in late or fail service delivery.

When an organization adheres to the collaborative culture, the organization has the capability to launch the goods to the industry market more quickly. Collaboration accelerates communication, speeding up the whole process of production as well as communication makes it easy for building any goods. The collaboration makes the organization focus on its ability to produce value. By the usage of the methods of collaboration, cake workers can examine the status of many cases and this will provide the case workers to move on the entire process more quickly (Kenning et al, 2018).

In the field of the construction industry, it is necessary for keeping all the stakeholders updated at all times within the timeline of a project, that is what one of my relatives highlighted who is working in this field for the past 10 years. The relative also highlighted that in most cases, the contractors recruit subcontractors who perform certain tasks during the event of the project. Many times if a contractor is agreed for building a network of fiber-optic, then the contractor recruits a subcontractor like my relative for laying the fiber optics (Marquard, Shahzad & Slaats, 2016). If the contractor utilizes the tool of collaboration, then the subcontractors can easily access in, even when the subcontractors are in the process of excavators digging up as well as breaking through terrain for laying the fiber optics. The recruited subcontractors here get help in the work by the contractors and they can easily access the main platform for communication with the contractors as well as subcontractors. By using the central platform the case workers like contractors through collaboration can resolve any situation which they face while digging (Landry et al, 2017)

Even in medical case management, collaboration is used as a process that ensures recommendations for treatment plans for assuring accurate medical care. Such medical case management includes care assessment consisting personal interview with the injured individual and help in developing, implementing as well as coordinating a medical plan through collaboration with the health care provider. Collaboration is used by the health care provider in mental health cases for the needs of the individual patient, monitoring as patients progress as well as promoting cost-effective care (Nsaibirni, 2019).

In the end, it can be concluded that the role of collaborative practice is very crucial in case management. collaboration within case management highlights that how unseen challenges can be solved by the usage of this method. Through collaboration, the needs of the stakeholders are not overseen when different agencies work together for the completion of a project. Collaboration helps in many fields such as construction, health, or medical care for the fulfillment of the needs of the stakeholders. Collaboration assists an organization to boost their productivity, enhance their teamwork as well as improves their flexibility.
