But it can be seen that profiling the African- American necessarily known as black people are often profiled for majority of the cases. They are not only wrongly arrested or convicted for the drug charges but also given heftier sentences for the drug charges against them. Rehabilitation of these people for helping them to have a bright future is also taken away from them and no resource is provided for them to make a fresh start.

This research work presents a strong, accessible, and promising viewpoint towards the improvement of population health by assessing the concept of structural racism with proper measurements. This paper argues that establishing a new intervention to assess the situation over the traditional belief and practices may be incorporating some improvement in the lives of the victims of structural racism who are also being discriminated against by the administration of the nation as well as other influential authorities.

The socio-economic disadvantage of black people has led to the formulation of the idea of them to be dangerous, offensive, and very undesirable. Therefore, effective intervention is needed to subside the issue of racism, and provide everyone with equal opportunity to access healthcare services as well as other social benefits in the USA, thereby the whole world. Review showed that the use of drugs was more of a reaction that it was planned. It was also perceived that for children who were loved by their parents from a young age did not necessarily take help of drugs to sustain their sadness. The parents are under a lot of pressure due to financial issues, poverty and the neighbourhood they live in also plays an important role for them to be not attentive. So it can be said that psychological factor is huge implication of drug use. Self-control is also less among the people whose parents have been using drugs or alcohol. These children will be more likely to use drugs. The hostility in the child’s behaviour against their parents causes them to lash out and makes them more prone to using drugs and also impaired them to be associated with different gangs causing violence.
