Introduction

The pandemic has caused an enormous impact that led to a crisis in healthcare infrastructure crisis over the world. A novel coronavirus which is named Covid-19had an outbreak of pneumonia in the last year of December 2019. Coronavirus which causes infection for both respiratory and gastrointestinal a broadly categorized into four main types are the “Gammacornavirus”, “Betacornavirus”, “Delta Coronavirus” and “Alphacoronavirus”. Thus, all countries must strive to find a balance for health protection and needed for minimizing economic and social disruption for respecting human rights. Also, there is sparse data about the impact of the epidemic on “youngsters” growth and development”. Thus, keeping children's wellbeing during stressful times such as the pandemic needs greater attention in the medical literature. Children’s health is one of the major attention issues over the sustainable development Goals in “Science& Technology”. The epidemic or pandemics like as “Covid-19” produces a potential risk to the development of the child which risks illness and safe confinement, with strong “social isolation” and increased stress level of “parents” and the “support carers” The biological impact of “Covid -19” has grasped the health issue related to the immune system. It explains and correlates with the immune system causing more damage to the health of children which can be also fatal.

Discussion

Earlier studies about these viruses have opined that the genetic material “RNA” has been founded in the stool, urine, and blood samples. However, these presences of RNA are in very much small quantity. The detection rate for this “Covid-19 RNA” frequency is very much low in the patient sample of urine and blood. Also, the detection rate for “Coronavirus” frequency in the stool is high. This means that the virus may have been contracted and presented through another means, other than the respiratory droplet. The impact of “Covid-19” has created an issue related to the factor for the certain “which needed help to guide the strategies to prevent the damage to the children growth and promote positive development. The most highly contagious diseases“that have an impact on the general health and child development over the exposure to the virus and consequence infection (Imran,  Zeshan  & Pervaiz, 2020). Sometimes on the other levels, it depends on the stress for the “brace”.High and continuous stress may either be “bearable” which can become toxic to the children (Phelps  & Sperry,  2020).

Immunological impact of “SARS-CoV-2”  in children

Thus, with the comparison of grown-ups and “children” with the impacting the “highly contagious infection in which are mild or those who are “asymptomatic” infection, but the underlying immunological difference stays still unclear (Tosif et al., 2020). Thus, comparatively, children have mild symptoms of the disease and one third is asymptomatic. Moreover, the most important for this state of infection is showing towards the milder paediatric infants disease is still unclear; however, there may be relevant to other viral pandemics where the noticeable age-related epidemiological difference was seen (Lu et al., 2020). The active “adaptive immune” response for the “cells” from all the members of some of the family which are chosen numbers such as twelve; thirty-seven and eighty-eight by flow cytometry was seen for the characterization.

Thus, both the members of the family such as the “parents and the children” had a high proportion of many immune cells on the twelfth day a then and minimized level linked another cluster of differentiation cells over all the samples that were seen. Moreover, a very low proportion of Monocytes was seen on day twelve from all the family members particularly the C3 members those having compared to her siblings and parents (Mehta et al., 2020). The monocytes returned in the circulating proportions ion all the family members over day thirty-seven and day eighty-eight.  Another study comparing the blood and lung profile of patients with the severe “SARS-CoV-2” was usually revealed which is for the non-classical Monocytes preferentially migrate from the blood into the lungs during the disease, thus it was seen a further alteration in the myeloid compartment on the blood analysis.  A very lower proportion of neutrophils were clear in all the family members and parents. Thus, the study showed that children had a higher proportion of, keeping with elevated eosinophils for the highly contagious infection affecting patient those are infected during the recovery phase.

The SARS-CoV-2 immunity  role in serology

Upon characterization, the youngsters had and serological evidence these infections of these type immunity Despite being negative upon the diagnosis for this infection, they Also, undertook a system of the “CoV” specific multiplex panel with the inclusion for more aged that matched the pre-pandemic healthy individual. Thus, it has been seen that all the family members and children showed disease-specific antibody features that are differed from the pre-pandemic controls. Thus, it has included the serological signature(Zhang, et al., 2020).

Unpreceded  nature if this pandemic over the lifestyle of youths for the anxiety levels

It has been reported that the “disparity regarding many unusual behaviours the pandemic has harmed youngster physical and “psychological health”.  An unbalanced nutritional decreased physical health for their different sorts of co-curriculum activity and closed school had resulted in the in a gain of weight pandemic period and which is still going on. It also emphasized the lifestyle changes that have caused by home confinement which harms the youngsters' physical activity and mental health.  Also, there are drastic changes in children’s lives and mental health.  An enormous change in the youngsters living along with the difference in parental behaviours due to the pandemic might be perceived as the child can cause anxiety. But inspire the negative impact there is a silver lining of these impact of “Covid-19” where it should still be counted and classified under the vulnerable group of the population because children also can be super spreader for SARS Cov-2 Infection. Moreover, these are revealing with the technique that is not been seen before. Secondly, they often know or hearing about “illness and death” (Masonbrink & Hurley, 2020).

Moreover, as part of the different measure, it has taken into consideration to avert the spread of the not very much known for very a longer period and is also forced to stay away from their school and friends. Also, the study suggested that hanging on away from friends was related to an increase in the trait of children anxiety levels. It was also figured out that the anxiety level could lead to increase mental and physical health (Safadi, 2020).

A study that was conducted for a shorter period during the pandemic lockdown and a post lockdown period decided over an anxiety level of children who said often contacted with their companion over the online medium were very much higher than other children who did not contact. As there are a few confusing statements over the result that it may of these children needs for frequent meeting and care with their “friends as because of their higher“anxiety” levels (Dubey et al., 2020). Thus, the utmost common symptoms in children that were seen were difficulty in concentrating also there was boredom, irritability, and sense of symptoms such as “restlessness” also a feeling nervousness and sometimes feelings of loneliness and uneasiness and a bit of panic which was a common factor during the period of pandemic and is still going one. It is has seen that it impacts the youngsters over the significant issue that are related to isolating them from their space (Courtney et al., 2020).

Involvement of psychiatric in nursing practice

Thus, the determining factor for the study with this pandemic had caused a significant change in the children's habit and routine and with numerous with the “youngsters” had experienced and mild to medium or elevated many anxiety levels”.  To decrease the psychological impacts on the children, it was highly recommended that the federal or government and also with the need of parents, should take over. Parental support is in need for keeping the individual steps for the “unprecedented nature so these not very much anticipated “schedule as much as possible. Moreover, for the “emotional” issues during this unprecedented pandemic, parents or family member need to be carefully checking their child“emotional” wellbeing and look for help when it is necessary. A collaborative approach would be using an activity like entertainment with playing with the youngsters and also keeping them indulge in other sorts of activities would help them to become physically fit and become more active where it would rather help to minimize or reduce the anxiety and stress level (Moreno et al., 2020).

Role of “Covid-19” pandemic in youths’ nutritional regimen.

As covid-19 has caused the damage of key determinants of health, children are seen exceptionally low during this unprecedented time. The youngsters however are less directly affected by the “virus” are also greatly affected by this unprecedented crisis which includes a poor diet, also with extreme “mental health” and most importantly the isolating the young ones socially (Zachary et al., 2020).  Thus, in children, the most risk that was posed with the impact of itself by the collateral damages would include in the form of adequate nutrition with the risk of both overweight and underweight, addiction to screens, lack of schooling, a mental health impact with social isolation and the risk of child abuse and most importantly the declining vaccination rates (Immunization program) and healthcare (Messina et al., 2020).

Thus, these pandemics have changed the dietary pattern and also the “way of life” habits for many families moreover, to the major management system for the economic turmoil. The closure of school has conducted for stopping the program and it may be allowed the youngsters for their food in a lower rate in schools” lunches (mid-day meals) and healthy snacks which had exposed millions of youngsters to food insecurity all over the world. Specifically, the low-income country has been severely affected by these situations. Also, there is a “monetary” struggle related to these infections that may compel more families into “extreme” poverty” and for the family, the food grains from the ration shop and make low-priced medication (Woods, et al., 2020).

Currently, it is not known that the extent of this unprecedented crisis will further affect the Quality and also more importantly diversity in increase the risk of various forms of “malnutrition” which is obesity, undernutrition and deficiency which is particularly for the vulnerable group the potential consequences of then children and action that needed (Akseer et al., 2020). Even though the impact of the infection of an unprecedented “pandemic” on the younger ones has was measured fully, that a piece of primary available information and estimated from the international organisations gave us some hint which shows this situation of an unprecedented pandemic has affected the nutritional and lifestyle of children (Xiang, Zhang & Kuwahara, 2020).

Mental illness and its effect on infection.

It includes twenty-eight per cent of the world’s total population which amounts to more than 2.2 billion. The unprecedented “pandemic” has typically affected the many lives of younger children. Not only has their physical health deteriorated but also their mental health. The pandemic has developed in children’s feelings of anxiety, stress, sadness, and the fear of isolation. All these factors have affected the psychological development of children. The emotional distress that children are facing in this pandemic has changed their behaviour making them more moody, sad, and depressed (Phelps & Sperry, 2020). Schools have shut down due to the pandemic which has aggravated children’s mental health due to lack of access to their school friends, teachers, and mentors. The absence of any engagement in academic or extracurricular activities has caused the children to become more reluctant to engage actively in their academics thereby affecting their overall development. They are unable to play outside, meet their friends and share their moments of happiness with others which have led them to feel caged. Since children lack enough maturity to understand the gravity of the situation and the implications of lockdowns, they feel separated, isolated, and alone. Home confinement has caused uncertainty and anxiety to build up in children. The closure of schools has disrupted the structured routines and discipline of children making them crankier and more annoyed and disrupted their sleep patterns (Thakur, Kumar & Sharma, 2020).

Children were exposed to the worries faced by their parents and the uncertainty of their lives. The unprecedented situation changed the way they typically grow, play, interact, learn, behave, and manage their emotions. The mental development of a child depends on these factors and it is an essential part of human development. It figures out the potential outcomes of the educational attainments of a child and the potential to live a productive and meaningful life. The pandemic limited children’s interaction with their peers. Peer activities have been proven to be vital for the growth and development of young minds. However, the pandemic disrupted these interactions which are essential for successful development and thus overall has affected the lives of children in various unimaginable ways (Imran, Zeshan & Pervaiz, 2020).

The pandemic has also exposed children to stresses such as seeing their loved ones affected and fighting for life which has aggravated the development of panic attacks, mood disorders and anxiety in children. Exposing children to the uncertainty of the future has also increased the likelihood of them resorting to illicit measures to find solace and peace. Loss of income faced by many families during the pandemic negatively affected not only the adults who lost their jobs but also their families especially their children who were exposed to live. The financial insecurity at home, along with stress associated with fear of getting infected with the virus, or stress from uncertainty about the duration of the pandemic, loneliness and social isolation has instilled fears in the minds of children and has affected their mental health in an adverse manner (Ford, John & Gunnell, 2021). Thus, the impact of pandemic over the children has caused a more mental health pressure as with many deteriorating mental conditions that are aggravated further with many symptoms that are associated to be increased. Thus, this Covdi-19 crisis has caused all the member of the family with children with a fear of uncertainty across all the positive things that were there earlier.

Conclusion

To conclude, these highly contagious infection pandemic has changed the health indicator such as “high mortality and “high morbidity” rate across the global population.”  Also, increase in parental stress and the suspension of classroom activities with social isolation had often affected the children overall health. The nutritional risk of children’s exposure to the stress that is toxic particularly for the earlier unstructured home and lack of “physical state of activity is some of the parameters that are found in the study. Thus, the pandemic with the different sort of activities that are well created to promote healthy development and prevent stress that had become a priority for improving the health of individual children and also for other family members, also the health groups and the rational and most commonly the intellectual capacity for the working for these pandemic has caused for it’s over the term impact that has a pragmatic result for each nation that is to ensure about the sustainable development goals that are usually required to achieve Lastly, mental health and development over the crisis of Covid-19 infection is also influenced with negative health over children has impacted of nutritional effects over the virus that has caused the change in the nutritional requirement that are required to be fulfilled.
