The HRM or Human Resource Management is the procedure to employ the people, train those people, compensate them, develop the policies which are related to them and lastly develop the strategies for retaining them. The professionally handled management of the school will affect the school's success. For the schools, the experienced human resources are the most essential capital for developing the school organizations containing the schools at the primary level of education. The research paper is properly designed with the motive of knowing the actual formula for the effective procedures of human resource management at the primary level of education. In this paper, the literature study method is used. From several works of literature, this discussed literature review is recognized some of the effective procedures of human resource management or HRM at the initial level of education. The first procedure is the analysis of the job, then the selection of the employee, after that the orientation and the placement, then training, after that the mutation, then the promotion, and lastly the compensation (Sukawati et al., 2020). This is recognized that Human Resource Management is the art and science to manage relationships and also the roles of workforce efficiently for gaining some of the general goals, society, companies, and their employees. Also, this can be identified that function of the literature study is to train the history of the research problems, help to select the research methods from the previous experiences of research, recognize the background of the stated problem or the theoretical framework under the study, recognize the pros and cons of the previous studies, avoid the needless duplication and lastly deliver the reasoning to choose the problem. In this research paper, the components that are used by the researcher are studies that are related to the topics of research also the themes, and the theoretical framework. The researchers of this study are properly stated differences and similarities among the research and any other same studies with the relation among them. This literature study has recognized the role and position of this research expressed their personal opinion in the discussion of results and used the literature from any other disciplines which have the suggestions for this research. In the result part of this research paper, the research result is identified from a literature study on Human Resource Management in elementary schools. This result has contained the result of some parts which are job analysis, employee selection, orientation and placement, training, mutation, promotion, and compensation.
My research topic is Human Resources Management in education. The study of this topic can provide the theoretical as well as the practical information regarding the procedures to gain the employees, create good relationships with these employees, train and develop them, retain and also compensate them for the services they are provided for the organizations. The selected research paper is on the topic of Human Resources Management in Basic Education Schools which is very helpful for my research topic. From the taken paper, I can identify the method of literature study and can apply this method in my research topic. The result of this method that was found in the taken research paper, is also very helpful for my topic as this is also related to the education field.
