Introduction

Cyber security is being determined by the researchers is considered to be protection of the computer systems as well as the networks from the information disclosure, damage or even the theft of the software, hardware or even the electronic data. This report intends to analyse the situation at the Fizza Cola who are using various technologies to ensure that the proper services and products are being provided. The organisation is presently facing major security issues that are required to be analysed for implementing the proper cyber security practices.

Security Gaps Related to Human Factors

There are various kinds of security gaps due to the human factors that are leading to the major loss of data and services. It has been observed that the organisation is not implementing the proper security guidelines and the security policies that would help in ensuring that the technologies are being properly used (Lezzi, Lazoi & Corallo, 2018). The organisational employees who are receiving the emails from unknown sources are opening the email and also downloading the attachments that are causing major cyber security threats when these downloaded attachments includes the malicious programs that causes the loss of data and resources. The employees are not being provided with the proper guidelines that would ensure that only the emails from the secured connections should be opened (Li et al., 2019).

Security Gaps Related to Legal Factors

The security gaps that are being introduced in the organisation due to the legal factors are the copyright infringement laws that restricts anyone to use the products that are bounded by the copyright laws. If the organisational employees uses any product or service that has been bounded by the copyright law, then the organisation could face the major legal actions against them that could lead to the loss of business and the loss of reputation (Newhouse et al., 2019).

Benefits of Pro-Active Security

The proactive security approach would help the organisations to develop on the prevailing reactive measures of security concerns to ensure that the organisational resources are being properly utilised in the organisations. This kind of holistic approach based on the risk management helps in ensuring that the organisation has all the possible barriers implemented for preventing both the vulnerabilities from being easily exploited as well as the happenings of the accidental data exposures (Mahdavifar & Ghorbani, 2019).

Therefore, it could be concluded from the above discussion that the cyber security plans are extensively beneficial for the organisations to ensure that the systems are being properly and securely utilised.
