Question 1:

As per the research process and the survey result it can be stated that every organisation need to consider some focused area where the organisation need to provide effective action plan. The survey graph states that the training and development process need to improve. In that context it can be stated that if the organisation provides appropriate and advanced training then they can be more productive and responsible about their activities (Amin et al., 2017). There is a need that affective process of the campaign and work process must be considered by the higher authority to maintain the work culture as well as the ethics of the work culture. Moreover, it is also seen that each of the employees try hard to meet goals but as per the current survey it can be stated that they are not properly rewarded by the organisation. Therefore, in that process, it can be stated every employee need to be very active to earn their reward (Amin et al., 2017). The recruitment and selection process must be considered through effective way because without effective selection organisation do not able to increases their productivity as well as the other business expand process. Moreover, the selection and recruitment process must consider the knowledge and skill sets of the employees. In the other hand the accomplishment process must be look after by the organisation (Amin et al., 2017). Therefore, it can be stated that above discussed areas are considered for the better evaluation in the focused areas.

Question 2:

The current state as per the survey result is changed. The activities and critical analysis of the survey result states that the whole atmosphere of the organisation is decreased their quality as well as the standard. Moreover, the employees of the organisation do not able to get enough satisfaction in their reward process areas (Kawiana et al., 2018). The skill sets and knowledge sharing process need to be improved properly.

Question 3:

As per the demand of the Desired future state it can be stated that every organisation need to address the focused area along with mitigation process. in the context of the company strategy it will expected that the company will be more serious about the safety process of the organisation. In the other hand they must be implement the effective customer service process in their activities to know the problems of customers and quality management team to know about the processing of the organisation. The reward system must be developed by the organisation because it can give another satisfaction to the employees of the organisation. The selection criteria need to be developed because from the initial process, the organisation need to consider the effective activities to improve the situation (Darma & Supriyanto, 2017). Therefore, it can be easily stated that the gap of the methods can be cover if the quality control tea, can effectively identify the weakness and investigate properly for the active mitigation strategy. In that context, the organisation need to consider effective action plan to improve the situation within deadline.
