Introduction

The Clifton Strengths Finder was developed in 1990s in Gallup Organization under the leadership of educational psychologist Donald O. Clifton. The main objective of this assessment mechanism is to identify the best skills and talents of individuals in the most accurate way and also enhance those skills in order to get the best possible outputs (Reckmeyer,  & Robison, 2016).

Discussion

The Gallup strength Finder report is the most helpful tool in identifying the areas of improvements; the concerned team or the individual being subject of this analysis can find out the best hidden potentials within and can improve accordingly. Generally feelings, thoughts and behaviors of the concerned subject is taken into consideration while the recurring patterns are being measured under this tool (Busch, & Davis, 2018). This report actually projects the potentials and the future improvement chances of the individuals; The leadership is responsible in nurturing and leveraging those hidden talents and skills for the sustainable growth of the organization.

The main importance of the Gallup strength finder report is that the leadership uses it to fix the existing weaknesses by encouraging the strengths (Janke et al. 2015). It also introduces the individuals with their actual capabilities.

In the Gallup Strength finder report of mine I’ve checked the top five talents namely responsibility, Connectedness, Includer, Arranger and Restorative which I was able to relate with my approach to the daily life or my surroundings (Gallup, 2021).

Talking about the responsibility theme, I often be considered as a responsible person by my family members, friends, neighbours and even bu people I meet for the first time. I am very much committed to the values and morals, that is loyalty and honesty with whatever requirements are expected from my side. I take mental ownership with regards to any action I am liable proceed with.   

I believe that whatever incident takes place around us do bare some meanings. Every action of everything is interconnected and have some purpose. I don’t deny any coincidences which reflects my nature of connectedness.

I am very much includer in nature; I love to comfort people who feels left-out or helpless in certain circumstances. I think my responsive nature has a strong connection with this. I can easily accept people and make friends. Whenever I find anyone is being shy or hesitant to approach anything I try to proactively spread my helping hand towards them and make them feel that they are not outsiders.

I am a good arranger or in other word a good manager. I can easily figure-out the appropriate applicability of any resources, namely both human resources and materialistic resources and can arrange and utilize them in the most feasible way to extract the maximum productivity out of them.

The last and most important quality that is restorative is very much prominent in my academic career. Whenever I face any downs in terms of my performance and results I take that as a challenge and put my whole efforts to reverse it back and turn the pain into gain.

The Gallup test report has defined me exactly what I feel about myself.
