MIS302 Agile Business Analysis

Introduction

The implementation of various kinds of information system is being done in the present times for ensuring that the proper services and products are being provided to the customers. The information systems are also helping with managing the increased demands and needs of the customers of the large businesses. The use of various kinds of mobile applications is being done for ensuring that the tasks of the customers is being simplified extensively. The mobile apps are providing the customers with the required platform that could be effectively used for completing the tasks that were earlier not being able to done.

The aim of this report is to provide the business analysis of the Body Vision local gym where the various inefficiencies are being introduced due to the increased amount of customers and the demands of the customers. This business was able to provide the members with the proper products and services when the number of members was significantly small but due to the major development of the local gym, the number of members being registered is increased and this development is introducing major issues of proper data management and services management. The Body Vision is the local gym that has gained major popularity recently through the effective services and facilities being provided to the members but the present system that is being used in the organisation is not efficient to handle the increased customer demands.

User stories

1. As the member, I intend to effectively register in this application by providing the input of all the personal information for ensuring that the I would be able to book sessions
2. As the member, I want to exploit this system to view the proper facts of classes that have been provided by the gym to the members
3. As the manager, I would like to use the system to view all the particulars for customers who have been registered in the system to take the needed decisions for the business (Aguilar, Flacke & Pfeffer, 2020)
4. As the member, I would like to utilise the system to make the successful payment for the membership for ensuring that the extension of membership would be provided for the year
5. As the member, I would like to utilise the system to book the complete fitness sessions in gym for ensuring that the fitness is being gained
6. As the manager, I would like to utilise the system for checking the overall information of trainers who have been hired in the organisation for ensuring that the I would be provided with the functionality of making updates in the trainers
7. As the manager, I would like to utilise the system for altering information of classes that are being offered to members for providing the updated details regarding the classes offered during registration (Akerman et al., 2019)
8. As the manager, I would like to utilise the system to make cancellation of the membership of the member who have missed the gym sessions for significant time
9. As the manager, I would like to utilise the system to check the information of membership of the members for providing the reminder to the members whose membership would be expiring soon
10. As the manager, I would like to utilise the system for editing the class size details so that the proper number of members would be admitted in the classes (Santos et al., 2018).

Conclusion

Therefore, conclusion could be determined from the above discussion that the new system in the gym would be able to eliminate all issues of the business and ensure that the proper management of data of the members and the trainers would be done. The user stories have been developed for the members and the managers who are the main users of the system. It would be ensured from the new system that the inefficiencies of the organisation are eliminated and proper introduction of methods would be done in the business.
