It can be understood from above research that even though people have knowledge about the benefits of physical activity on better health but still there are few who are reluctant to it. There are few individuals who are ignorant towards there health in the family and friends circle. The collected data have showed that among 20 participants majority supported the concept of moral value and enhancement of physical and mindful relaxation values. Hence, it can be said that during COVID-19 pandemic it is essential to have a better knowledge towards physical activities (Jiménez-Pavón et al., 2020). Hence, physical activity essential that day-to-day activities among individuals essential for their physical fitness routine (Mutz & Gerke. 2021). Therefore, the study and the finding defined that there remains the accordant with scope of studies to according psychological health problems because of COVID-19 pandemic in addition consequent lockdown however suggest that, by time, individuals learn to assume to circumstances in healthy in addition positive paths. It had been seen that the 20 participants reported experiencing a significant change in their physical health, impacted inspiration to insight alternative structure to endure fitness exercises.
The main limitation of the study includes lesser sample size and conductance of research through online. There were cases, where participants were not comfortable in using WhatsApp or online tools due to age, therefore data collected were difficult.
Recommendation includes to have a broader sample size as well as increase in the question variety. It is recommended to have a variable question linked to eating habits and lifestyle which can help in analysing the physical action during covid.
It can be concluded from the findings of study designate those perceptions in addition nature of fitness freaks, striking gyms for daily workout earlier lockdown, greatly wedged through COVID-19 pandemic. This research showed that participants skilled psychological health issues at initial stage of pandemic (Srivastav et al., 2021). Though, progressively changed the requirement on gym-dependant workout in addition switched towards substitute exercises which helped significantly to reestablish mental as well as physical health. Hence, the current study shows despite preliminary involvement of anxiety besides fear and deficiency of inspiration to involve in physical workout in home, fitness freaks capable to shift towards home exercises along with significantly supported through everyday exercises (Maugeri et al., 2020). There are chances that people might argue that study enclosed fitness freaks finding challenging to separate one-self from physical action for long time, in addition likely reason for shift towards home-based exercises in Covid-19. Nevertheless, there was no uncertainty that aggregation of study have established that was achieved regularly, physical exercising has capacity to alleviate ill physical in addition to psychological impacts of COVID-19 pandemic.
