Social constructionism is a sociologic and communication philosophy of experience that explores the creation of mutually developed world views, which form the foundation for common realities assumptions. The philosophy focuses on the idea that significance is created along with others instead of individually. Social constructivism puts the student in perspective as part of a social group, and learning not as something that takes place within the person as something that results from group interactions. Learning, not passive production in response to external forces, is seen as an engaging socially committed process. (Sandu & Unguru 2017). So the teacher will use some unique methods or techniques like the instructor can use several techniques urge students to ask questions themselves (inquiry), letting many meanings and learning expressions (multiple intelligences), promoting community work and the use of people as tools (collaborative learning).

The constructive approaches to the management of classrooms include building a supportive teacher-student community and reciprocal regard. Teachers who take the protective path unconditionally have comfort, acceptance and guidance not dependent on the actions of a pupil. The teacher should use certain strategies to change the class management approaches. It can be done by using polite language, maintaining he eye contact, keeping phones in the pocket, giving all the students same opportunity to speak and raising the concerns about each other statement in a respectful manner. (Suherman, 2019). In a constructivist classroom the primary activity is problem solving. Students use techniques of questioning in order to seek questions, examine a subject and discover explanations and responses using a number of tools. As students examine the subject, they draw conclusions and review them as exploration progresses. Question exploration leads to more issues. (Vygotsky & Cole 2018).

According to the notion of Vygotsky, culture provides the infant with the necessary cognitive skills for growth. Adults in the learning community are guidelines for cultural resources, including grammar, cultural heritage, social meaning and more recently electronic means of access to knowledge. In the late 1920s Lev Semenovich Vygotsky introduced the idea of zone of proximal growth (ZPD). In order to explain the present or real stage of learner growth and the next level, Vygotsky interpreted the ZPD with the use of seminal and environmental mediating devices and the capable support of adults or peers. (Teschke & Heine 2016).The idea is to learn better by collaborating with others through cooperation and to learn and internalise new ideas, psychological techniques and skills during such collaborative work with qualifying persons. Scaffolding breaks the learning into pieces and provides every piece with a tool or form. Reciprocal teaching refers to an educational practise where students become teachers in small groups. The concept of peer learning is Peer learning is a kind of collective learning, in which students who collaborate in pairs or in small groups debate ideas or discover answers to problems. Apprenticeship is a process where the modern generation of trainees with on-the-job experience and also with an associated studies were trained by an apprenticeship. Learners can also obtain licences to practise in a licenced field. In this Practice programmes can be used. (Schunk, 2012).

Therefore from the above discussion it can be well understood that how the social constructivism theory is related with the class management system and what are the means to improve the teaching of the lesson in the class. Vygotsky plays a very important role in the approach of social constructivism. Social constructivism puts the student in perspective as part of a social group, and learning not as something that takes place within the person as something that results from group interactions. Learning, not passive production in response to external forces, is seen as an engaging socially committed process.
