Introduction

The report is showing the Seminar Management System of King’s Own Institute. The Seminar Management System will manage the seminars. Currently the seminars are being managed manually by of King’s Own Institute. That is why; the Seminar Management System is very important for King’s Own Institute to manage seminars and other details like attendee detail, organizer detail etc.

The Seminar Management System will allow the administrators to add seminars, attendees, organizers, registrations etc. The administrators can view all details also. The system is very important for the higher management of King’s Own Institute.

Benefits of Seminar Management System

There are so many benefits of the Seminar Management System-

• Allow the administrators to view all important data.
• Allow the administrators to add/edit all important data.

ER Diagram

ER Diagram is representing the database of Seminar Management System. There are four important entities which are required in Seminar Management System. Following entities are required in Seminar Management System and the functions of them are as follows-

• Organization Entity: This entity will store the detail of organizers of seminars.
• Seminar Entity: This entity will store the detail of seminars.
• Attendee Entity: This entity will store the detail of attendees of seminars.
• Registration Entity: This entity will store the detail of registrations for the seminars.

Home Page

The Home page will open by clicking on the Home manu. This page is showing the student id and student names of all group members.

Attendee Page

The Attendee page will open by clicking on the Attendee menu. This page will allow the users to add attendee details.

Organizer Page

The Organizer page will open by clicking on the Organizer menu. This page will allow the users to add organizers details.

Add Seminar Page

The Add Seminar page will open by clicking on the Add Seminar menu. This page will allow the users to add seminar details.

View Seminar Page

The View Seminar page will open by clicking on the View Seminar menu. This page will allow the users to view all seminars.

Add Registration Page

The Add Registration page will open by clicking on the Add Registration menu. This page will allow the users to add registration details.
