The utilization of online learning has offered with the capability to achieve a better flexibility and better time management opportunities. Student can access the learning course at any time without facing any difficulty. It has been observed that great access over the online platform makes the students are more engaged with the learning media.

Online learning has been widely accepted by the students who have access over the equipment such as internet, computer or mobile devices. E-learning has an created a new way of learning for the students. However, certain students have also faced serious challenges while gaining access over the online learning courses. The inefficiencies are the output of insufficient amount of equipment which is present with the student, then it becomes very difficult to get access over the e-learning materials. As a result of the acceptance of online learning, it can be stated that complete utilization of new technologies helps in better engagement. Online learning materials can be accessed through different ways which include lecture slides, meetings, in form of messages and video lectures. E-learning include involvement of different technologies understand so that a better accessibility can be obtained. Therefore, it can be stated that online learning platform has become a very important element in the current situation as this provides with the ability to continue education process even in the times of COVID-19. School disparity: It has been observed that there are certain schools and education institute who are not able to infuse their schools with latest technology for the purpose of educating the students. It can be stated that the need to have a proper interaction capability is very important (Duraku & Hoxha, 2020). The need to handle learning purposes in the current society is crucial as these will help in continuing the learning process. In case the school authorities is not taking up any charges associated with the learning process can lead to Influencing the performance of the students.

• Student unable to submit assignment: Students with poor internet connection or lack of internet facility may face challenge for completing and submitting their coursework. It has been observed that 70% of the teachers in the current situation is assigning works through online platform (Panigrahi, Srivastava & Sharma, 2018). As a result, the need to access broadband internet outside of the class becomes very difficult for the students. The need to ensure that the students are able to access the broadband active internet even after staying far away from schools. The need to ensure that a proper engagement has been received from every student is essential.
• Student faces hard time participating in lessons: Learners without access over internet may face difficult time in participating for the discussion boards. In order to stay active and to gain learning facilities in the present situation, the need to have access over Internet is very important (Martin & Bolliger, 2018). These ensure that a proper communication is being carried out. Students will fail to participate in lessons. Hence, it becomes very difficult to manage the communication process.
• Chances of data getting hacked: Students who are not provided with internet connection are likely to access the public Wi-Fi for gaining access over the learning materials. These leads to getting vulnerable towards a threat and hacker. As a result, it is very difficult to stay protected (Dhawan, 2020). Hence, it can be stated that use of a public Wi-Fi is not an efficient approach for the students.

Academic institute is one of the significant countries which have faced terrible challenge due to the out today age of Covid 19 pandemic (Dumford & Miller, 2018). Ever since, researchers have been analyzing the way student has accepted the concept of online learning. Learners has been very acceptable towards the concept of online learning. It has been observed that the ability to succeed in an online learning platform is observed among each age group. At the times of COVID-19 pandemic, online learning gained a huge septations from students as well as the teachers (Alqurashi, 2019). It has been observed that every member of an education system has contributed towards the successful development of the learning course. The utilization of the technologies for enabling a better future has helped in achieving the growth rate. Hence, it can be stated that the utilization of technologies has been ensuring that the student does not face any disruption at the time of their education period. Primary education system has enabled online learning platforms for the purpose of carrying out communication (Korhonen, Ruhalahti & Veermans, 2019). Hence, it can be concluded that the acceptance of the students need the online learning concept for success. These offered with the ability to engage in a healthy environment for sharing information and knowledge.

Primary education system has adopted online learning and has an approach for overcoming the situation in the society. The purpose behind utilizing the online learning platform is to offer better engagement facilities. After analyzing the companies associated with online learning, it can be stated that students need to have a proper access over the online learning resources so that they can get the desired knowledge. The key advantages of the introduction of online learning in the period of COVID-19 has been discussed in the paper. It can be stated that the utilization of online learning platform has offered an efficiency, better accessibility, affordability, improve student attendance and also offered the opportunity to learn concepts under one roof. However, there are certain disadvantages which comes along with the introduction of online learning. As a result, the need to consider recommendations for overcoming the situation is very crucial. The factors and strategies which needs to be implemented while introducing online learning are discussed below:

• Identification of e-learning requirement
• Having a formal process for the purpose of collecting and managing documents associated with e-learning
• Providing training to all the teachers for the purpose of accessing the learning management system

By using these technology teachers can take attendance, make digital and innovative text books, give homework to students, participate students in quizzes and test, and get proper result in time.

Educational Technology is a study that research analyzing process, implementing, developing and increasing learning environment and improve the learning processes. Now a day’s technology is a common part of education. Education Technology provides opportunities in collaboration study. Now a day’s teachers use smart phones, also students that allows to work collaboratively at home, discuss about project ideas and complete it remotely without going anywhere. Ed Tech make possible for distance education through various educational technology such as video conferencing, multimedia resources etc. It makes learning easier and more comfortable by eliminate transportations issues. These technology enables individual education for each student to make better differentiation and allow students to mastery at their own pace. Students can gather more information from internet also.

This type of VR captures real-world locations with special cameras and equipment’s and then these footages taken back in the studio for produced into VR Content (Heo, Bonk & Doo, 2021). VR can be used by every student and it can be easily checked by teachers also. It gives new experiences to students to inspire and engage them in a unique and innovative way.
