Group Experience

In the previous assignment attempt, our group has completed the task “organizational behaviour” and attempted four answers to the questions. Our group has performed with the best of the knowledge, skills, and informative practice and the use of “luthans book of organizational behaviour” to draw a valid justification to questions asked. Our group participated in teamwork, collaboration, and mutual understanding of the knowledge and information to include in the previous assignment. In our group work, leadership and cooperation existed, and there was a kind of diversity and equality that led to this assignment at the completion stage (Channon, Davis and May, 2017). The use of the organizational culture theory has been appropriately used with its all four types, and there was mutual approval to put this response in the answer. In the group work, we were doing this assignment with a whole idea and process to grow our learning, knowledge growth, and skill development if we went for a few more projects. Our group has applied perfect knowledge of organizational behaviour for further knowledge outsourced in my context (Ergulec, 2019). As per our work experience in Question 4, the decision-making model has been involved with a good idea to complete what has been asked and what to achieve. Also, our group has utilized the book “luthans book of organizational behaviour” in the right way to find practical information and data related to the decision-making process, four different types of organizational culture and expansion of business under the context of organizational behaviour.
