Car rental system of XYZ business at present is unable to manage their operations efficiently due to inefficiency in their current operations. It has been observed that the lack of appropriate online system will impact the way performance are being carried out. Further, it has been observed that lack of inefficiency with manual system has influenced the performance. Therefore, the need to introduce an automated system is very crucial.
The report will focus on addressing the key elements associated with the current system and the way new system is going to be implemented. In this report, the focus is to use UML diagrams for representing the different functionalities performed by the car rentals system.
The car rental system at present manual approach. It is difficult to track all the information associated with the system. As a result, it has been observed that the online system will help in bringing better opportunity towards the business. It is expected that the new project will lead to offering high-end advantage towards the businesses. Therefore, the need to introduce appropriate solution is very crucial.
The goal of the assessment is to introduce an effective online system that will help car rental organization. The automated new online car rental system will offer high advantages. These will ensure that all the information of any challenges. It can be concluded that the focus will be entirely on developing a new system that will automate operations much more efficiently. The expected objectives to be addressed with the project development are discussed below:
The data gathering methodology is needed to be selected on the basis of requirements. At present it can be stated that the appropriate utilisation of a data gathering methods will help in obtaining sufficient amount of information. These helps in providing with better analysis. The most suitable data gathering methodology that has been utilised in these analyses is the approach of secondary method. With the help of secondary method it became easy to obtain detailed information regarding the system. The secondary method helps in exploring the issues faced with the current system. The current system has divided into registration, card and accounts. The main flaws that are identified with the current system are lack of efficiency in operations. In order to meet the basic requirements associated with the business. As a result there is a delay in service that are offered towards the key customers of the car rental business.
