Introduction

Information system is being used in the present times to execute the tasks that were earlier significantly difficult to execute. The introduction of the automated systems has permitted the organisations to provide the services and products to customers easily through the proper use of the information systems. This report intends to execute the system analysis and design method for developing the new system for Edgbaston Football club where the new information system is being introduced to simplify the tasks and manage the organisation easily. The functional requirements of the users from the new system is being briefly described in this report. The use of use case diagram has been used for determining the methods by which the system would be used by the organisational users. The UML diagram is being used for illustrating how the users would interact with the new system. The brief description of each of the diagrams being used is being provided in this report for justifying the choice of the diagrams and ensure that the readers have proper idea about what the diagrams intends to convey.

Functional Requirements

1. System should allow the players to register in their club through the online system by making payment of the registration
2. System should allow the coaches to view the players details easily through the new system
3. System should allow recording the details of the club members in the appropriate clubs
4. System should allow the manager to view the payment status of the players in the clubs
5. System should allow the players to make the update of the personal information in their respective account
6. System must allow the manager to see the match details that are being played among the various players
7. System must allow club staff to see the details of the game that would be played among the various players
8. System should allow the managers to generate various kinds of reports that are needed to track the performance of the club
9. System should allow the staff to login within the system through the help of the proper authorised credentials
10. System should allow the manager to suspend any player who has not paid the fees for any particular month.

Description Of Proposed Diagrams

In the sequence diagram, it could be observed that the complete sequence of the steps followed by the coach to view the match details is being displayed. It could be observed that the coaches are required to be provided with the updated information about the changes in the matches details to ensure that the players are being properly prepared for the games. The diagram is required to ensure that this primary use case is being properly developed in the system. The function is relatively importance and it should be created with proper knowledge.

In the collaboration diagram, the entire tasks that would be executed on the system is being displayed. The collaboration diagram is required to ensure that the developers have the proper idea about how the system would be used.

In the activity diagram, it could be observed that the complete set of activities that are being done for viewing the training session data is being displayed. It could be observed that the steps that are involved in viewing the updated training data is being displayed through the help of this diagram. This diagram is necessary for illustrating the steps that are being followed by the users to view the training data.

Conclusion

Therefore, it could be determined from the overhead discussion that implementation of the new information system would help in managing the member data more easily and ensure that all the users have the access to the proper updated data. The UML diagram are being provided in the report to illustrate how the system would be used by the various users.
