In the 21st century businesses run on technology. Every customer or company’s employees and organizations’ internal processes relies on computer system to carry out daily organization’s objectives (Gray, 2018). This paper will analyze the common issues common to an information system in MyHealth Medical Centre (MMC). Also the paper will propose innovative proposals to resolve the issues common to the organization.
MMC desires to achieve paperless digital, milestone to increase efficiency and at the same time deliver patient care. Specifically the company intends to remove paper records by the end of this year. Figure one below analyzes MMC organization
