Introduction

Phycological disorders are now developing as one of the main burden diseases worldwide. Providing care to the patients with mental disorder is one of the challenging tasks for the nurses. Generally, patients with psychological disorder refers to the mental health professionals or psychiatrist. However, in the context of providing appropriate and holistic care nurses play a significant role. They have to learn several relevant knowledges, techniques in order to handle these patients (Ebrahimi, Namdar and Vahidi, 2012). In addition, according to some cases it has been found that, non-psychiatric nurses have to deal with psychiatric patients. This occurs in the majority of cases for a variety of reasons, including patient comfort with non-psychiatric staff in general health institutions, a tendency to stop being considered mentally ill, as well as a lengthy wait for a psychiatric appointment. The aim of this study is to evaluate the journal in terms of evaluating those situations and issues that are arising while dealing with psychiatric patients, with the importance of implementing appropriate knowledge, skills and techniques in nursing practice in order to providing care to the mentally ill patinets. The failure of the treatment process along with the patient monitoring led to the clinical reduction (Abuhammad et al. 2019). Nurses deals with the mental health patients’ need to have some significant knowledge such as proper communication skill along with the development of the trust and confidence. Compassionate and sensitive derivation of the research deals with the understanding of the care process in the development of inherent system. Promotion of the environmental and the assessment of the mental health issues deals with the development of the patient and the personal hygiene in the maintenance of the wellbeing of the patient. Hence, this paper will evaluate how nursing skills and special knowledge have a significant role in providing appropriate care to the mentally ill patients. In this context, three main factors such as stigma, confidence, and nursing education are mainly in focus.

Methodology

Method of searching

There are some significant datasets which can assist with a deep insight into the understanding and progress of the research in the project contribution. The most important databases dealing with article analysis are BioMed, NCBI, NIDA and PubMed. After going to these sites, the key words have been used. Different relevant studies or research paper searched through this process. Different factors involve the generation of three subjects that can contribute to the development of the study. After this searching method the following steps have been included in the study selection process.

Development and use of key words and appropriate derivatives

In this process some key words and derivatives are needed to find out the appropriate literatures such as confidence of nurse, communication, education, psychiatric care, psychiatric care issues and all. Confidence in the role of the nurse is a vital consideration in the advancement of nursing science to improve the quality of nursing. Conclusion

According to the findings of the preceding study, nursing with mental health patients involves the use of developmental approaches to improve the nurses' adaptation and approach. This research involves three factors that can help the nurses' potential with the change. This research involves developing three factors that can contribute to the potential of caregivers. Stigma, lack of confidence and education. Stigma is a critical factor in the development of nursing care with the development of mental health problems, as well as the distinction in the opportunities for self-esteem adaptation.
