The learning experience will help children to experience learning to promote culture interaction. At the time of developing a learning experience, an activity that can positively promotes an aspect for a specific culture. The culture selected in this activity is American. The activity in which children are asked to draw a picture of various culture (Biles, 2021). While selecting activity the barriers that might affect the participation as a result of cultural beliefs can be resolved by taking into consideration about various beliefs of parents and children related to minorities communities and helping them in thinking so, by educating them about the various American middle-class norms to promote participation (Affect, 2021). For the activity completion age group selected is 9 -13 years.

The learning experiences for children, will in a form of creating an environment and ambience in a manner which can encourage children learnings. The walls and surroundings will be decorated with materials like cartoon, pictures of various cultures, banners, hoardings which reflect various culture. The material required for supporting resources for learning experience are books, crayons, printed material etc. At the time of activity plan and ideas will be discussed with stakeholders. The two stakeholders which can help in development of learning experience are family members of students and their educators. They will help in providing support while conducting activity. They will guide and help students in work. With stakeholder discussion will take place for developing community-based learning for students. The external agency is social service worker that can provide support, guide and give resources in developing of learning experience for children.

The learning experience promotes inclusion for children inclusion, it can be like children can learn social behaviour from their peers. Kids social and emotional requirements will be considered, so that kids can have good experience. The kids will develop tolerance skills from different children and develop empathy for each other. The efforts will be made to build strong relationship with children in learning experience. Using of materials in activity which can depict children from different background. The environment will be developed to encourage interaction between students to build friendship and pride of community. The use of strength-based approach where students can understand everyone have strengths and weakness (James Stanfield, 2021).

The purpose of learning experience is to gain new skills and understanding to build new skills or develop new skills. It can help in providing new opportunities for students. The students will understand the importance of culture. They will learn the difference or variances in various culture. They will generate the understanding of various culture. The resources which can be used for developing learning experience for children’s sheets, colours, paint colours, chairs, tables.

The strategies for inclusion of families of the children are: the sharing of benefits that children will gain from learning experiences, the new skills they will develop from participation, understanding of differences in culture, open up with better or new opportunities. The students will develop various social learning skills. This will help in generating high level of engagement of students. The participation of parent will provide supportive environment for children (Waterford.org, 2018).

The students will learn the ability to identify differences in various culture, importance of culture, they will learn more about their own culture and can make differences from their culture to another children culture. It will help in generating interest in learning more about the world. They will develop the ability to explore their friend’s culture. They can develop the ability to make differences between members of same cultural group. It will help them to develop the sense of positive feelings with accepting differences (Biles, 2021).

The positive environment will be developed to establish healthy and strong relationship between children. The use of puppets, toys in surroundings in activity so that children can build friendship with other kids. Interaction can be developed between students with assigning group task to them. It will help in sharing responsibilities and leadership with each other (Your therapy sources, 2021).
